Roasted Chicken & Vegetables
Chop up carrots, onions, potatoes and toss in olive oil! Add seasoning to your liking, place on a baking sheet with seasoned chicken breast, and bake! Easy peasy!

Stuffed Beefy Baked Potato
Using yams (sweet potatoes), and ground beef, cook up a memorable meal! Place a few yams on a baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes. While potatoes are roasting, in a skillet, cook the ground beef with seasoning of your liking until fully cooked. Once both are done, taking the potatoes, cutting them through the middle, add beef, sour cream, cheese, and chives for garnish. Yummy!

Thai Chicken, Pepper, & Stir Fry
Cutting chicken breast (or thighs) into smaller pieces, season, and cook in a skillet. Next, cook red peppers, chives, corn (and any other vegetable that you prefer) in the skillet with olive oil and seasoning. Once chicken and veggies are done, place together, cook for a minute longer, and add your favorite Thai sauce. If time allows, steam rice to add to your Thai chicken!
