Food Insecurity in Portland

In a 2018 Oregon report, Oregon ranked 31st on the list of Hunger and Food Insecurity in the United States, with 12.9% of Oregonians feeling that hunger. (https://talkpoverty.org/state-year-report/oregon-2018-report/) 

So what can we do about it?
