Voting during an Outbreak

Many people are aware of the spread of the Coronavirus that has rooted from China and continues to spread around the world including the United States. What happens when there are elections that need to take place and people are scared to voice their opinions due to this outbreak? In the state of Washington, there are many cases, although it is helpful that votes can be mailed, who is to tell that it is a wet sponge sealing the envelope and not saliva? Those places where polls are held carry many people who touch the same pens, papers, swiping fingers on touch screens, and handling licked envelopes. There are many people who don't simply wash their hands or cover their mouths especially with a crowd of people. This is where mobile voting would come in handy. Where citizens are able to quarantine themselves at home in a safe area, even though this specific virus is more susceptible to older people, this would avoid the risks of all sicknesses, and many won’t lose their chance on their right to vote. Many can just wear gloves and masks, but sometime it isn't enough for those who are more at risk to catching a illness or disease.
