How much water is in our body? Think about how we survive, water, food, internet, oxygen? But with everything considered! Water is the biggest key in a human being's body of survival. 90% of water makes their individual body weight. 60% of the human body is water. It is also research proven that babies and kids have more water than adults. Women have less water than men. 
Bigger individuals that hold more weight have less water than others because people with less fat issues. Water keeps are body function. For example function of joints, cell, nutrient, brain functional, urination clearness. The skin, muscle, kidney, lungs are over 70% water function needed.
