Sustainable Energy in Germany & Portland, Oregon.

Hey everybody check out how Germany sorts their recycling and trash in the video below!
Germany is sustainable in their dealing with trash as 65% of their trash is recycled. The video compares Germany versus America but Portland, Oregon has actually displayed the importance of recycling versus simply throwing everything away in one giant bin. Trash is only taken every other week and has forced the citizens of Portland to use their recycling and compost every week during trash day. Even compost in Portland is recycled to be used as fertilizers for yards and gardens! If you live in Portland, Oregon check out what happens to your recycling in the video below.
