JUST THROW IT AWAY

Each and everyday we needs within out household to keep things functioning such as light bulbs,batteries, cleaning chemicals, paint, or even computer equipment. Of course we all know In order to flip through sports channels we must have a properly functioning remote control, but without a battery that's impossible. To keep our home warm and bright we must have light bulbs to see in the night. At this point I know you're thinking "Why am I being informed on how to use everyday household supplies?" I'm sure most or all of us are well informed on how to use household supplies which is great, but do we know how to dispose of this supplies?

I'm sure many of you are saying well that's an easy question "Just throw it away". However, this isn't always the proper thing to do. We may think the supplies we use in our household are helpful and safe because they're sold on the shelves of our local stores, but that's not always the case. If household supplies are not properly disposed of that may cause harm to our environment as well as our well being.





Here's a few tips on how to keep out environment and health safe. First try to limit the amount of toxic supplies you use, find a local disposal, or read product labels before purchasing products. 



A few things to keep in mind when reading labels. Anything that is corrosive,combustible,radioactive or poisonous may cause not only harm to out environment, but to out health. Try to by products that lack these properties. This will help you limit the amount of toxic supplies you purchase. If you absolutely have to purchase these products be sure to properly dispose of them.
