Portland's Bamboo Sushi Deemed "Most Sustainable" Sushi In U.S.
In a recent survey by online restaurant guide Fish2Fork, Portland, Oregon's own Bamboo Sushi was shown to represent the most sustainable sushi venue in the U.S. of the 50 restaurants surveyed so far.
