Voting Issues with Family Members

Image result for right to vote
I think everyone can say they've had an unpleasant or uncomfortable conversation about politics with one of their family members at least once in their lives. Many people don't see eye to eye on these important decisions, especially in politics. Just the other day my Grandma brought up who I want to vote for the other day on the phone, I told her my choice and I stood by it. Voting is an important choice, and that being said it is YOUR choice, don't let others stand in the way of voting for who you want to vote for, it is that simple. Voting is our right to be able to express our freedom and decision making based on our own morals and values that most of the time match up with the candidate they are thinking about choosing. Whether you are thinking of voting in your local state government, the primaries or the national election, remember that it is your choice and no one else should influence it negatively. Keep in mind that you can make a difference in our democratic system, you have a voice so use it. It is so simple to cast your vote too, whether by mail, online or in person, your city has a way for you.
